At the foot of the Serra d'Ossa, there is this Chão dos Eremitas, the place where the Hermits of the Order of São Paulo, Os Paulistas, chose to plant their vineyards. Two streams bring rainwater from the mountains, keeping the ground cool in the torrid Alentejo heat. These vineyards were of such importance that a Papal Bull from 1397 exempted Os Paulistas from taxes on the vineyards and reinforced their importance. This Paulistas Branco comes from a plot planted in 1969 in coplantation mode (mixture vineyard), revealing an Alentejo that was lost in time.

Citrus yellow color and nose with notes of linden, citrus, and some dried leaf. In the mouth it attacks with acidity, texture, and a lot of unctuousness. In the retro, aromas are repeated, some dairy aromas, cream.
