Aveleda Parcela do Roseiral originates from a very particular plot of Alvarinho: with a granite base, the upper layer of soil is very fertile and rich in nutrients, the sun is exposed to the west and the water resources are abundant.

The harvest is manual with bunch selection. The grapes are cooled before reaching the winemaking center, where they are subjected to gentle pressing at low pressures. Fermentation and aging for 9 months takes place 70% in stainless steel vats and the other 30% in French oak barrels. The wine rests for another 9 months in the bottle before being released.
