Brunheda Old Vines Red 2017, 75cl
Made from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Sousão and Tinto Cão grape varieties, from vines over 70 years old, it was aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, giving it an opaque ruby colour.
The nose is intense and complex with very ripe red fruits. It also presents quality wood and notes of spices.
In the mouth it is dense, with high aromatic intensity and great structure. The quality tannins and good acidity of the wine give it a long and very persistent finish. Well-structured and richly flavoured meat and game dishes.
