Our IMPECÁVEL wine is a wine made 100% from the region's queen white grape variety, Encruzado. This emblematic Portuguese grape variety originated in the Dão region.

When well worked in the vineyard and cellar, it presents delicate aromas such as notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, light citrus notes, a little resin, with great balance, little extraction, moderate alcohol content, no wood, very fresh, easy to drink and above all very gastronomic.

The vines are between 30 and 50 years old and are mostly located in the Serra de Terras de Senhorim sub-region, the most balanced sub-region for whites, naturally producing elegant and fresh wines.
