Cartuxa Rosé Brut Sparkling Wine 2014, 75cl
After careful selection of grapes and harvesting at the ideal point of ripeness, the base wine fermented in a stainless steel tank, at a controlled temperature, after direct pressing.
Aged on fine lees for 6 months with periodic batonnage. Second fermentation in the bottle, using the classic method, followed by aging on lees and intermittent batonnage for 19 months, in the cellars of the Convento da Cartuxa.
