Casa de Saima Grande Reserva Baga Red 2016, 75cl
Clear appearance. Opaque ruby color with good concentration. It has some hints of purple. Vinous and elegant aroma, combining notes of ripe fruit with good vegetal and balsamic notes.
The flavor has a good structure and density, with extremely fine tannins. It is elegant with a long and authentic finish, according to its tradition, which marks the timelessness of this wine.
This minimalist intervention in the winery allows us to express the fullness of a unique terroir, and the respect for these (extraordinary) plots of old vineyards, where the true essence of Bairrada is found.
