Cottas Garrafeira White 2019, 75cl
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 25 kg boxes, selected, destemmed and pressed at the entrance to the winery.
After static decantation of the must at low temperatures, the must is sent to French oak barrels where it ferments and ages for around 6 months, subject to a period of “battonnage”, after which it is bottled, followed by a prolonged period of aging in the bottle.
