A typical Alentejo grape variety, the black Trincadeira (syn. Tinta Amarela) with a thin and fragile skin, causes it to rot if it rains and becomes stale in high temperatures. This “Trincadeira” was harvested at the point possible, focusing on its fresh fruit side. A breeze of Alentejo freshness that has been lost, but that has always been here. Trincadeira... isn't so black after all!

Fragile garnet-ruby color, nose with notes of wet forest, mushroom and spice, with very soft herbaceous touches. In the mouth it is very fresh, very structured and of medium texture.
