The Paço dos Infantes Reserva Branco 2019 wine is a true jewel of the Alentejo, combining tradition with innovation. Made from the Arinto, Alvarinho and Antão Vaz grape varieties, this wine is a reflection of the excellence of Alentejo viticulture.

Winemaking begins with a careful process of cooling the grapes in a cold chamber, followed by manual selection, crushing and vacuum pressing, all to guarantee the purity and quality of the must.

Fermentations take place separately, both in 500L French oak barrels and in modern oval-shaped cement vats, giving it a unique complexity. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages for six months, with regular bâtonnage, to develop its creaminess and balance.
