Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 13ºc and 15ºc. Aged for 6 months on fine lees in French oak barrels.

Fresh, exuberant with notes of white and tropical fruit. In the mouth it presents freshness, unctuousness and body with an elegant and very long finish.
