The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to our winery, where the transformation process began with vinification in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures and post-fermentative maceration for 21 days. Aged for 12 months in 500-liter French Allier oak barrels.

Wine with a deep, concentrated garnet color. Complex aroma with notes of ripe red fruits, jam and chocolate in a long and intense finish.
