Grapes of 70% Arinto and 30% Fernão Pires, harvested earlier, ferment together at a controlled temperature.

Part of the batch (30%) ages in used French oak barrels and the remainder ages for 10 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

Lemon yellow in color, it presents aromas of fresh citrus fruit, some white and floral fruit, soft toast and ginger.

In the mouth it is complex, intense and expressive flavor, very well integrated acidity, ending in the mouth with a sensation of elegance and freshness.

It goes well with soft cheeses, cod, sushi and seafood.
