Visually it is straw yellow or light gold. The aroma reveals restraint and complexity at first.
It shows ripe fruit, orange jam, marmalade, pear. With time in the glass, it brings earthy and spicy notes (cardamom, cloves).
The palate is rich, textured and unctuous. Vibrant acidity and clay-like flavors give it fantastic balance and life. It has a sublime balance between the tension of the acidity and the ripe fruit. It finishes long and with great complexity.
