Lobo de Vasconcellos Reserva White 2021, 75cl
The grapes from previously selected plots, transported in 22 kg boxes, were subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the winery. After de-stemming and pressing, the must was transferred to a stainless steel tank where it was kept at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until decantation. After alcoholic fermentation began in the tank, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where alcoholic fermentation took place, at controlled temperatures of 15º C for a period of 30 days.
