The color is lighter than that of 2020, despite the wood aging. On the nose, you can feel Atlantic iodine, citrus, apricot, hazelnuts, tobacco and hints of spices. In the mouth it is structured, denser than one would expect, with an acidity that balances the almost salty aftertaste.
