The grapes for Nat Cool come from Quinta de Nápoles and several plots of old vineyards nearby.

After careful selection of the grapes on the sorting table, delicate pressing and cold decantation followed for 48 hours.

Alcoholic fermentation occurred spontaneously in 500 liter French oak barrels, where it rested for 1 to 3 years.

This NatCool rosé is a blend of several years, with all the base wines being pressed before fermentation, as would happen in a classic white wine production.

The color is concentrated with some orange tones.

The nose reveals notes of violet, red fruits and rhubarb, as well as nutty aromas from fermentation in new French oak barrels.

In the mouth it is structured, linear, ending with a sensation of sweetness balanced by a beautiful acidity and spicy finish.
