The vast majority of Nat Cool grapes come from the Lousada sub-region.

Vinification was done the old-fashioned way, letting the last grams of sugar ferment in the bottle, with the fine lees.

Malolactic fermentation also occurs in the bottle.

This white wine was produced with a minimal intervention winemaking approach and is naturally cloudy as it ferments in the bottle.

It is not intentionally lightened, and the color has lemon yellow tones with subtle greenish touches.

Its aromas are reminiscent of the wines that were once produced in the Vinho Verde region, with notes of yeast, citrus, peach and herbaceous notes.

The palate has a striking acidity, a delicate mousse that makes it vibrant and with some saline flavors at the end.

This is an intentionally uncomplicated wine: shake the bottle slightly before opening and enjoy traditional Portuguese snacks!
