In 2022, due to the extreme drought and excessive heat, the grapes ripened earlier, which led to an early harvest.

The harvest of White Wines began on August 22nd, ending with Red Wines on September 29th.

During the month of September, rain forced the harvest to be accelerated so as not to jeopardize the quality of the final product.

NAT COOL 2022 comes from several plots of old vines.

It was vinified in stainless steel and fermented for 5 weeks. The malolactic process took place in Inox, where it aged until bottling. It was bottled without filtration.

Light and bright in color, this wine reflects the fun personality of the Baga variety.

On the nose it is fresh, floral, with notes of aromatic herbs and cherry.

In the mouth it is round, but light and crunchy.

It ends with a beautiful acidity, spicy, with a slight sweetness and astringency that makes it accessible and easy to like!
