Quinta da Carregosa ORIGINS is a wine that pays homage to the founders of Quinta da Carregosa. In 1907, José da Costa, and later his son Serafim Costa, removed the massive schist from the difficult terraces of Balsa do Douro and planted vines of native grape varieties.
It is from these centuries-old vineyards that ORIGENS is born; a wine full of character and tradition.
