In Sino, the image used has always been that of the 18th century bell above the gate of the Quinta's main house.
The grapes for Sino come from various locations on the farm, with a predominance of Touriga Francesa and Tinta Roriz.
Fermented in stainless steel vats for 6 days, followed by malolactic fermentation for two weeks.
100% aged in 225-liter French oak barrels for 10 months, 30% second year and 70% third year.
