Quinta das Bágeiras Colheita White 2022, 75cl
Quinta das Bágeiras harvest white wine comes from vines that are just over 15 years old. It is vinified using an ancestral process, with the must placed in small open 1m³ decanters where it remains for 24 to 36 hours to decant through natural precipitation. At the end of this process, the must is transferred to stainless steel tanks where it ferments, with temperature control carried out with a drop of chilled water. It is a wine that ferments only with indigenous yeasts, typical of the grape, without any addition of enzymes or extra yeasts.
