The variety of most of Portugal's excellent whites developed very well on the granite soils of Quinta ed Monforte, providing an Alvarinho wine of great lightness, mineral, fresh and very appealing.

Open spout vinification, with fermentation at controlled temperature and aging in stainless steel tanks.

It presents aromas of lime and grapefruit with some green tea leaf and minerality. Good structure and volume, present acidity and great depth.
