With refined architecture, freshness, lightness and authenticity, the whites are aromatic and elegant. The granite geological matrix of the Beira Interior Plateau gives Quinta do Cardo wines a fresh and mineral character.

Winemaking: This Grande Reserva comes from the oldest vineyards in Syria, at an altitude of 750m. The grapes were hand-picked and pressed whole bunches, using only the first squeezes of the press. It is then vinified in new and used 500L French oak barrels. Aged for 1 year in barrels, on total fermentation lees.

The organic production method of Quinta do Cardo wines, a pioneer in Portugal, allows the preservation of native fauna and flora, promoting the biodiversity of our agricultural ecosystem, with a strong impact on the final quality of the wines produced here.
