Quinta do Côtto Bastardo Red 2022, 75cl
Made exclusively from grapes from a vineyard planted in 1970 with 1,212 Bastardo grapevines. It has an open ruby colour and reveals a fine, complex aroma with a lot of character, suggesting notes of forest, sap and wild fruits. Very fresh overall.
In the mouth it is firm and has a good balance between tannins and acidity. Elegant body with vegetal notes, plenty of freshness and good persistence. Very vibrant and full of bite. It goes well with complex dishes, red meat and game, poultry stews or roast pork.
