Terroir Series is a new range launched by Quinta do Noval, an opportunity to explore specific terroirs, identified as exceptional.

MARKA VINEYARDS
A few years ago, Quinta do Noval concluded an agreement with the Agrellos family for the long-term lease of the Quinta da Marka vineyard, which we had identified as having terroir with exceptional potential for the production of quality wines.

This potential was revealed by the excellent red wines that were produced at Quinta da Marka in the 2019 harvest. These were so remarkable that we decided to release a very limited volume of 2019 Vinhas da Marka from a plot of old vines measuring 1.45 hectares in the heart of from Marka. These old vines planted in 1930 are a mix of more than 30 different traditional grape varieties. Quinta do Noval Vinhas da Marka is fine, deep and powerful, with complex aromatic notes that develop in the glass, but above all harmonious, fresh, balanced and elegant.
