If 2016 was the year in which the viticultural potential of the plot was discovered, 2017 was the reconfirmation of quality, and the realization that in an old vineyard the most important thing is to accept the behavioral diversity of each variety during the agricultural year.

Finally we share Quinta dos Muros M7, from the 2017 harvest!

The first was the 2016 harvest, the year in which the viticultural potential of the plot was discovered. Well, 2017 was the confirmation and the year that led us to start a new project for this installment.

Given that the 2017 was vinified with greater extraction, and the 2019 harvest was more elegant, we decided to delay the release of the 2017 and let the bottle do its work of fine-tuning and shaping the wine into the style we envisioned in the first harvest of this wine ( 2016).

After 26 months in barrel, aging in the bottle began in July 2020. Since then, it has developed aromas of spice and harmony in the mouth, in an always elegant and distinct style, a perfect reflection of what this parcel is.
