Just as the vineyard enjoys the unique conditions of Quinta de Ventozelo, the olive trees also take advantage of this terroir to produce exceptional olive oil, smooth and sweet, like all Douro fruits.
In the centuries-old olive groves, planted side by side with the vineyards, the olives are harvested by pole, as tradition dictates. From here, an olive oil is extracted that concentrates Douro stories, traditions and flavors.
