The grapes are harvested manually and at dawn, so that the grape remains intact and free from oxidation, without tearing the skin until crushed in the cellar. Fermentation takes place in a press, without temperature control or mechanical treatments, pumping over during tanning is done by wooden jacks, in order to meet the past, thus maintaining the varietal character of the variety. Open ruby color, a reflection of this grape variety that is not very dye-friendly, on the nose there is floral, the aroma of flowering and the smell of forests in autumn, it also has a touch of grape, reminiscent of the harvest. In the mouth it is not a simple wine, it has a rusticity that is educated with elegance, it is confusing, but at the same time interesting.
