Soalheiro Espumante Bruto Nature is an “outside the box” sparkling wine, inspired by the ancestral method of producing sparkling wines and with a special contribution of innovation.

This wine is based on the Soalheiro Nature wine , our Alvarinho without the addition of sulfites.

Yeast Pearls were added to the base wine, which was then bottled with a special cork, with the Pearls remaining in the bottle until the wine was consumed.

The Pearls, with a neutral flavor, provide a very delicate fizz and texture.
