This Alvarinho was born from the plot that gives Soalheiro its name, our first vineyards planted in 1974. Today, we also integrate this
wine a selection of vineyards, all over 30 years old spread across the territory of Monção and Melgaço, cared for by some of the 150 families that are part of our Winegrowers Club.
The harvest of these old vines that joined our first vineyard is done manually and coordinated on the same day, making Primeiras Vinhas, in addition to being an icon of Soalheiro, today also a driving force for the preservation of old vines in our territory
