The Search in the Amphora comes from an exceptional 85-year-old vineyard, located 700 meters above sea level in the Serra de São Mamede.

Amphorae, or Talhas, are the traditional winemaking system in Alentejo, although “White Talha” were traditionally vinified with skin contact and without temperature control.

The Search in the Amphora It is vinified after being pressed and decanted, with temperature control, to preserve the characteristics of the extraordinary vineyard from which the grapes come.

The nose is intense and complex, very mineral and with citrus notes. In the mouth it is deep and full-bodied, a perfect symbiosis of the minimality and freshness of the Serra de São Mamede, with the elegance of the Amphorae.
