Textura Wines Textura da Estrela Red 2020, 75cl
The vines that make up this wine are around 25 to 60 years old. They grow on granite soils and with a production that never exceeds 4.5 tons per hectare. Vila Nova de Tazem (Serra da Estrela sub-region) is a terroir from which the “Textura da Estrela” labels come from. This is a low intervention red wine in which we do short pumping overs in the first days of fermentation and then just manual management of the blanket. It results in a very typical Dão that reflects its genuine terroir and “sense of place”.
