Textura Wines Pretexto White 2022, 75cl
Pretexto Branco is a blend of traditional Dão grapes from high altitude vineyards and granite soils. The grapes that make up this batch are mostly Encruzado and Bical, and Gouveio, Malvasia Fina and Cerceal Branco. It ferments naturally and ages in the same cement and stainless steel tanks, which makes it very pleasant, with the creaminess and complexity that allows it to accompany any cuisine. It is a blend that speaks for the vineyards and soils that originate it.
