The grapes, mostly from 20-year-old vines, are harvested manually and vinified in an open spout system. 85% of the wine ferments in stainless steel tanks for around 1 month at a controlled temperature between 14º to 16º C. The remaining wine ferments in used 500 liter French oak barrels.

Floral aroma and very ripe fruit with some citrus notes.

In the mouth, a wine with good structure, very mineral and fresh, with a balanced and persistent flavor.
