Beautiful very pale mauve color. Very delicate and complex aroma with pomegranates, raspberries and rose petals. In the mouth the mousse is creamy and full, the acidity vibrant, “exploding” in a silky, vegetal finish, very long and full of finesse. Reveals enormous aromatic complexity, with notes of biscuit, dried fruits (hazelnuts), spices, ripe citrus fruits. The vivacity in the mouth (with perfect bubbles and foam) is surprising.
