Very seductive and elegant wine with aromas of white flowers, grapefruit, lime and mineral notes.

The harvest took place in perfect weather conditions on August 18th. The properly selected and de-stemmed grapes were pressed in a pneumatic press and fermentation took place in new 9% French oak barrels for 4 weeks at low temperatures and aged in the same barrels for 8 months with battonage.

Very seductive and elegant wine with aromas of white flowers, grapefruit, lime and mineral notes. Very long tasting, with good texture and excellent aftertaste.
